Terms of service
These terms describe the custom digital portrait service offered by KeptPaw and the responsibilities that come with an order.
The service
The current product is one custom digital portrait of one pet for $9.99 USD. It includes one first proof, one thoughtful refinement and one approved high-resolution PNG delivered through a private link active for 14 days. No physical product or shipping is included.
Your order and source photo
You provide the photo, contact details and notes needed to prepare the portrait. You confirm that you have the right to submit the image and ask KeptPaw to use it for this service. Do not submit unlawful content or an image that violates another person’s rights.
Photo review
The optional photo review form does not charge you or create a paid order. It lets the studio assess whether a source photo is workable and suggest a direction. A paid order is created only through checkout.
Proof and refinement
You are responsible for reviewing the proof and identifying changes that matter to you. One refinement is included. Requests that substantially change the chosen source, pet or direction may require a new order; the studio will explain this before additional work begins.
Delivery and access
The approved PNG is delivered through a private expiring link. You are responsible for downloading and backing up the file while the link is active. Contact the studio promptly if an active link fails.
Personal use
The delivered portrait is for the customer’s personal, non-commercial use unless a different written agreement is made. KeptPaw does not publish a customer photo or portrait as a public example without permission.
Payments, refunds and availability
Payments are processed through PayPal. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the custom work and applicable law; see the Refunds policy. We may pause or refuse a request that is unlawful, abusive, technically impossible or outside the stated service, and will address any paid order affected by that decision.
Applicable rights
Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. If a problem cannot be resolved through support, the rights and remedies available under applicable law remain available.
