What do I receive?
The digital option includes a high-resolution portrait file and a preview approval step. The keepsake option adds a polished acrylic block made from the artwork you approve.
Can I request changes?
Yes. One thoughtful refinement is included with the digital portrait. Tell us what feels off—expression, color, background, crop, or atmosphere—and we will prepare a revised proof.
Can you match a particular feeling?
Share a reference, a few adjectives, or a memory. We can work toward warm and sunlit, quiet and tonal, playful and bright, or a more editorial direction.
How long does it take?
Preview timing and delivery estimates will be shown clearly at checkout. Physical orders also include production and transit time, with tracking where available.
What happens to my photo?
Your upload is used to prepare and support your order. We do not use it as a public example without your permission. See our privacy notice for the current policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Supported destinations and shipping fees will be shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, contact us before ordering and we will check the available route.
