Digital portraits
One thoughtful revision is planned for the digital portrait. If a preview cannot be brought to an acceptable standard, the final refund and cancellation rules will be applied according to the policy shown at checkout.
Physical keepsakes
Physical production starts only after approval. If an item arrives damaged or materially different from the approved order, contact us with photographs and your order number so we can review a replacement or other remedy.
Before paid launch
Final cancellation windows, refund timing, revision limits, damaged-item support, and payment-specific rules will be published clearly before paid orders open.
