KeptPaw currently delivers custom pet portraits online. Checkout does not require a shipping address and no parcel is sent.
What is delivered
The customer-delivery file is a high-resolution PNG. Editable working files are not included unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
How delivery works
- We email the first proof to the address used for the order.
- You approve it or request the one included refinement.
- After approval, we generate a private final-download link.
- The link normally remains active for 14 days.
Download and backup
Download the file before the link expires and keep your own backup. If the link expires before you can download it, use the Contact page with the order number and checkout email so we can verify the request.
If an email does not arrive
Check spam, promotions, and filtered folders first. Then contact us with the order number and the email used at checkout. Never send a password or complete payment-card number.
