From order to download
- 01Order through PayPalComplete the $9.99 digital-service checkout. No shipping address or shipping fee is required.
- 02Upload one photo privatelyUse the order-confirmation link to send the source image, choose a portrait direction and name the details that should stay recognizable.
- 03Review the first proofThe first proof is usually ready within three business days after a usable photo and complete notes are received.
- 04Approve and downloadApprove the proof or use the included focused refinement, then download the finished PNG through a private 14-day link.
Before payment and after payment are different paths.
- Before paymentBrowse the studio examples, use the Photo Guide or send an optional free photo review. A review does not create an order or charge you.
- After paymentUse the private order link rather than the public review path so the source photo and notes stay connected to the paid order.
- After approvalDownload the final file before its 14-day link expires and keep your own backup copy.
Use the proof to check recognition first.
Look first at the eyes, expression, ear shape, coat markings and posture. Then check crop, background, leading color and overall atmosphere.
One focused refinement is included within the original photo and chosen direction. A different pet, new source photo or complete direction change is a new request rather than a refinement.

Keep the order number and checkout email.
Use them when contacting the studio about a proof or delivery link. Never send a password or complete payment-card number.
