Packaging and damage support
Each physical item will be packed to protect its polished edges and printed surface. If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging, take clear photographs, and contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
Supported countries, production timing, shipping fees, tracking, and replacement rules will be finalized before the physical pilot opens.
