Digital delivery
KeptPaw currently sells a digital service only. No physical item is manufactured or shipped.
How delivery works
- After checkout, use the private order link to send the source photo and portrait notes.
- Review the first proof and approve it or request the included refinement.
- After approval, the studio prepares the final high-resolution PNG.
- The final file is available through a private download link active for 14 days.
Download access
The delivery link does not require a customer account, but it expires automatically. Download and safely back up the PNG before the expiry date. If an active link does not work, contact hellow@keptpaw.com with the order number and checkout email.
File format
Customer delivery is a high-resolution PNG intended for personal use. Public examples on the KeptPaw website use WebP for efficient browsing; those previews are not the customer delivery file.
No shipping address
Because the current product is digital, checkout does not require a shipping address and there are no shipping fees, tracking numbers, customs charges or international delivery zones.
