We are building EverPaw Block around a simple promise: your pet’s photos should be handled with care and used for a clear reason.
What we may collect
- Contact details needed to answer a message or fulfill an order.
- Uploaded pet photos, notes, and preview feedback needed to prepare your portrait.
- Order, payment, shipping, and support details needed to complete a purchase.
- Basic site information used to keep the website secure and usable.
How we use it
We use information to prepare previews, communicate with you, process purchases, arrange delivery, answer support questions, and improve the service. We do not sell uploaded pet photos.
Retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as it is needed for the order, support, accounting, security, or legal obligations connected to it. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
Photo requests during prelaunch
The prelaunch review form accepts one JPG, PNG, or WebP file up to 10 MB. The uploaded file is stored in a restricted server directory rather than a public media link. It is available only to the authorized studio administrator for review, and deleting the request removes the stored source file.
This is a preparation version. The final notice will identify service providers, payment handling, international transfers, retention periods, and the applicable contact process before paid orders open.
